In Kernel Recipes 26 next week, I will present how DAMON can be turned into Data Access Monitoring-based System Operation Engine. The title of the talk is “DAMOS: The Smart Cruise Control for RAM”.

In Linux Plumbers 26 in the week of 2026-10-05, I will have two sessions.

In the Device and Specific Purpose Memory Management Micro-conference (Monday), I will present and discuss DAMON extension project for memory tiering and general NUMA memory management. The title of the session is “DAMON (Data Attributes Monitoring/Operations Engine)-based {C,G,X}PU [un]attached NUMA Pages Migration”.

In the DAMON (nano) Conference (Tuesday), I will co-present the status and plan of the works on extending DAMON to work with multiple access check primitives. The title of the session is “Breaking through Accessed Bit Limits of DAMON”.

In Open Source Summit EU in the same week, Wednesday, I will present how DAMON can more effectively used. The title of the session is “You’re Measuring Memory Wrong: The Right Ways With DAMON”.
